Neptune is a video made to accompany the Willoughby Symphony Orchestra’s performance of Gustav Holst’s The Planets. Anne Scott Wilson was commissioned to make the video for the last movement, Neptune, the Mystic.
She responded to the character of Neptune, the mystical planet: a pale ribbon of fabric drifts, lifts and folds over dark water and among the timbers of a pier, in black and white.
